Live4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the live4d platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the live4d platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this site, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using live4d immediately. live4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.
2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. live4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including submission of valid identification documents.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform. live4d is not responsible for any misrepresentation of age by a user.
Password & Account Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
- All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.
- Live4d will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, please disregard it and contact our customer support.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users agree to use the live4d platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Activities
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or operate an account
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or breach the platform's security systems
- Identity fraud or providing false information during registration
- Engaging in any form of financial fraud or money laundering
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party
Access Restrictions
- This platform is only available to users located in regions where our services operate legally
- Using a virtual private network (VPN) to bypass geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited
- Users who have been restricted or banned by live4d are not permitted to create a new account
- Live4d reserves the right to refuse or restrict access to any user without being required to provide a reason
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the live4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made through legitimate payment methods registered in their own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change. Deposits will only be processed once payment confirmation is complete. live4d is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals require full identity verification before the first request can be processed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Daily withdrawal limits can be checked on the FAQ.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the rollover requirements stated at the time of claim. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the rollover conditions have been met. live4d reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
Live4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes. Services are provided "as is" without any specific warranties.
Live4d does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur, and live4d is not liable for any losses arising during such periods of disruption.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Live4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, false identity, or platform abuse. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance associated with the offending activity may be frozen pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the live4d platform — including logos, designs, text, icons, software code, and interface layouts — is the property of live4d or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Links
The live4d platform may contain links or references to third-party services. live4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the live4d platform shall be resolved through the prescribed procedures. The official languages for all communications and agreements are Bahasa Melayu and English.
6. Amendments to Terms & Contact Us
Live4d reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
